Shorts Factory — Privacy information
Last updated: 29 October 2026.
This information applies to the private Shorts Factory desktop integration used by Daiane Bobbin Lace. It describes application data, separately from the store's customer privacy information.
Data accessed and purpose
With the channel owner's Google consent, the application accesses the selected channel's identifier and name, owned recording identifiers and titles, recording dates, completion status and visibility. It uses these data to select the intended recording, associate it with the local workspace and perform the configured recording-visibility operation.
The requested YouTube permission technically allows broader content management. Shorts Factory uses this connection for the described reading and recording-visibility features; Short publication remains an operator decision.
Storage and sharing
Access tokens, the selected-channel binding and relevant source metadata are stored in the operator-controlled application workspace. This installation uses OneDrive for its operational workspace. Tokens must be kept private.
When the Opus workflow is used, the selected recording URL or an operator-owned source file is provided to OpusClip for clip processing. Configured editorial tools process the relevant clip context to prepare evaluation and text. The Google token is not supplied to those tools.
Disconnecting and removing application data
Authorized operators can revoke access in Google account permissions and contact the application operator at eli.openclaw@gmail.com to disconnect the integration and remove its stored Google API data.
Removal is handled by the operator as soon as possible and within seven calendar days of a removal request. The operator disables the connection and removes its access token and associated locally stored API data. Retained API metadata is refreshed or removed according to YouTube's data-retention requirements.
Removing the integration's data does not delete videos from YouTube. The creator's own source videos and produced Shorts are separate from the integration's access token and API metadata.
Google and YouTube information
The application uses YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
